Faulty enhancement

I bought a Nokia 5700 on 27/6 from Nokia Priority Dealer (B.K. electronics), U-3, Glory Plaza, M.G. road, Agra.

To my horrors I discovered that the enhancement "AD-44" which was bundled along with it, was faulty. The music dedicated keys embedded on it weren't working. I ran to the Priority Dealer, who entertained me to the fullest. I requested him to replace the faulty one with a new one. On the contrary, he told me to visit Nokia Care and get it checked if it was really faulty. I went to Nokia Care and after all the not so entertaining paper work, they got me book a replacement of it, on 2/7/07, without checking the faulty one.

Now it as been around three weeks. On my constant visits to Nokia Care I am told to wait for another week as usual. The lack of that headset has devoid me of listening to music and FM on my headphones which was a main reason for taking this handset. I couldn't expect this from a reputed firm like Nokia.
