sorry to inform u that i purchased new Nokia c2 03 handset from Nokia priority @ Dhule (Maharashtra) on 28th Oct. 2011with lots of expectation & with trust of NOKIA itself.
But, my handset not working properly. I Dr. Himanshu J.Jaiswal, Medical Officer in Sub District hospital, Navapur DIST-Nandurbar (M.S.)went to Dhule for Purchasing Cell. Initially i keep cell for contacts & see multiple features of cell. During that period i felt that range is not good in home & Hospital. Even when I received/do call voice is not heard properly. Even hang multiple times.
AS Ur priority gave me wrong Invoice initially i wouldn't able to contact them.after a week for same purpose i went Dhule collect right Invoice first followed by verbal complaints.they collect my cell with insurance that everything will be fine.after 10 days they call me & inform me regarding okay condition of cell. But it doesn't make any difference even i informed them. But they take it very lightly & advise me to use same for 10 days more.but mobile is improper.even now i use my old cell. Now, What Should I do?
