Phone hangs

I bought a nokia c3 in april. early august had to take it to customer care for no audio output. they took 7 days to repair the phone. now barely 20 days later my phone is again not responding to keypad commands and hanged. everytime this happens i lose data and also undergo mental trauma!!! nokia if u are reading this kindly address my complaint and replace my phone as it is evident this is a faulty piece
