Nokia care not returned my mobile phone

I have given my nokia mobile to repair in nokia care in panjakutta, hyderabad. october. they ask me to come after 10 to collect my mobil. on prescribed day i went and asked my moble they said m mobile does not comes under warenty and asked to come after 5 days o collect my mobile. after 5 days i went asked the mobile they said that mobil was damaged it is not possible to give my mobile back. my contact no. is 9989490402.
