Replacement of Cooler Moto

Dear Sir,

I had made a complaint on 29th Sep 2010 to Bajaj Service Centre in Noida (Ph 0120-6561064) that my cooler is not working (Product is in warranty period). Their reprentative after inspection told that motor need to be changed and will be done in 2-3 days as motor is not in stock. Since then I am just following up and getting same reply.
