We had purchased an iron of Boss inc from Mahalaxmi Appliances, New D.P. Road, Aundh, Pune. It was under warranty of 6 months and due to some probel we gave it for repairing to the shopkeeper. He gave it to Bajaj Distributors, Bhawani Peth.ph:(020) 26456993.
It happened one and half month and still they are not returning it. They are delaying it for unknown reasons. It was just a wire problem and it can hardly take 15 minutes to repair, but i think they are not willing to return it.
