Dear Sir,
We had registered a complaint regarding food processor going out of order on 28-01 with Bajaj Electricals customer Care. Their engineer visited and examined the food processor on 31-01 and said that the part needs to be replaced under warranty. He promised to do so within three days i.e. till 03-02. Ten days have passed but no response. Customer care does not give any satisfactory Food processor was purchased from Metro Walk Rohini Delhi on 26-01 from E Zone. PH 910445121.Model No FX-10.
Kindly help us how to solve the problem.
