This is to inform you that My wife had purchased a Samsung S 5233 Wi Fi Mobile from Planet M, Ludhiana, vide their cash memo no 5858 dt 25.12.10 .On asking for warranty of the product they gave us a warranty card no 005312 with a written Guarantee of Two Years and an assurance to give the warranty of the mobile at any of the Planet M Store in India
Sir, recently while operating the mobile we faced a problem in the Touchpad, software and memory card slot. The mobile was taken to Planet M at Fun Republic for carring out necessary repairs. The management there first refused to undertake the warranty job, but on seeing the Warranty Card admitted the mobile for repairs vide a repair receipt no. P 6326 Dt. 27-1-11. it was promised to us that the same will be repaired or replaced within two days. Sir, inspite of visiting many times to get the repaired Mobile back we were told that the mobile has not been repaired. On requesting them again & again your people in the store returned the mobile while admitting that they have no means to carry out the repairs.
