MISSING CUSTOMER CARE

I had purchased a BAJAJ electric iron from D'Mart in the month of January. However, this iron started giving problems & stopped working in the month of May. All my efferts go get thru the so called CUSTOMER CARE of Bajaj Electricals have failed. Even their website is of no use. The equipment is within the warranty period.

I am at a loss what to do. Can someone help???
