I M. Ramprasad bought samsug washing machine Bajaj Electronics, punjagutta, Hyderabad on 4-11. I was paid cash Rs. 12300/- through credit card. They said, my product will get within 2 days. But they called me after 2 days present no stock and I have to wait one week. Today (11-11) I went to shop and enquiry, I said already 5 days delayed again now they said no stock and wait one more week. Please tell me your valuable suggestions and how can I take the action
