I made a complaint to bajaj customer care on no.1800222252 where i got a reference no. 187316. a mechanic came from Bajaj appliances authorized center named JAIN SERVICE and he told us that a part is not working properly and he opened the fan and took it with him for assistance and returned after a day and when he inserted d fan again, it made a short circuit and main power of my house got off. he did a welding in that part of fan and it was done wrong. then he said that he thinks regulator of fan is faulty but it was not and we told him he can check it with another fan point and he removed my working fan and placed that faulty fan in that place again the same thing happened and my main power got off again and that regulator also got damaged and before they told us the charges for service were Rs.260-/ and now he saying we will have to pay Rs.950-/. only the bearing part of the fan was in fault where as now my 2 regulators and 1 fan is got damaged because of d improper assistance from JAIN SERVICE.and nothing is done yet after 8 days are passed.
So please check it in to d matter and assist as soon possible.
