Pathetic service from Nokia

Dear concerned,

This is a good case for your media people how the Nokia is dealing with its customer.

I Had purchased a mobile in the month of September'07, just after 15 days the mobile was not working. I gave this to one of the Service centers in Bangalore (Malleshwaram). Now for today its been almost 30 days over - the response from these center and as well as the NOkia customer care is negative.

They them self are not aware about the problem of the mobile nor whereabouts of my mobile

Now Being a consumer, how should I feel for the irresponsibility’s of this Company.

We put our efforts to earn money and a part of it is being spent on the necessity and the same is not functioning within 15 days and after that no responsibility of the company to take action and return my mobile.

We see lot of ads regarding the product, but on reality none of these companies practice what they preach.

If this is the case with we educated people, just think about the illutrates how they are being pushed down to earth by supplying worst quality products in the market.

I request you to kindly look into these sort of aspects also so that the media is helping the common man to deal with Big giants (Big Fishes).
