No response for 5 days for a complaint number 79905. this is a shakti plus geyser purchased 3 months back. it has already been repaired once by bajaj. this time its thermostat has blown off. the company is so pathetic that they have turned a deaf ear to my incessant complaints. in their deplorable behaviour the have surpassed the 2 days in which they are supposed to rectify the problem . each time the geyser malfunctions i spent rs. 500/- on repair reminders. i feel harrased by the condemnable aftersales service. kindly see that i am at peace or better still take my geyser free to the bajaj chairman... i dont need their junk in my house
