The geyser is a Khaitan Electric geyser, Model name Flamingo, in the 2nd month the geyser stopped working the green light on the geyser didnt light anymore i called got the complaint no 8248 and assurance that the mechanic will be there after two days of waiting i called again eventually on the 5 day the mechanic showed up he couldnt fix the geyser and never returned then i couldnt contact them as i was out station neither the service center contacted me. I called and complained again, complaint no : 9145 this time the geyser was fixed it worked well for 3 months and stopped again this time
the geyser was leaking black substance out of the tab the mechanic who came after a weeks time said thats just nothing the geyser though was fixed, and this is the third time now the geyser has stopped working with no green light, im tired of complaining and cant go through it every 3 - 4 months im looking for a replacement or complete refund.
