Dear Sir/ma'am
I am writing this mail after facing a very bad service from bajaj electricals service centre in delhi. I purchased 1 induction cooker (model no. ICX7) on 27/11 from Electro Sales Corporation, patparganj, delhi. Some problem came with the device in september. A technician came to my house from Pant Sales and services, Pandavnagar, ganeshnagarcomplex, Delhi but he wasnt able to repair as he said some electrical part is required. After more than 2 months Mr. Pant gave a replacement tag and promised me to get it replaced shortly. Again after 15 days a technician came and took away the induction cooker with him. Now its almost a month has been passed, Still I have not got it replaced with the new one and in between the whole process I have called them atleast for fifty times with my cell phone. A person named Deepak Tyagi from rajendranagar Branch doesnt do his work properly complained by the service branch
