Stain on steel parts, faulty ignition

My bajaj magestic -glass top - four burner - auto ignition gas stove is only 10 months in use. its steel plates- arround the burner - are with patch marks due to stain- on complaint the same was replaced two months back... but again the stain marks appears..and the auto ignition is also not functioning well
