I purchased a nokia 1325 CDMA MOBILE on 21 september. Got it activated on 24 september. Had problems from day 1. Submitted to nokia service centre on 26 september. Got feed back that handset cant be repaired here & had to be sent to head office, will take 15-20 days. Contacted nokia care: Got feed back that it takes 15-20 days for repair. Without mobile I'm incurring heavy financial loss. Wanted a refund: reply from nokia care NO SUCH COMPANY POLICY.
I WANT TO ASK NOKIA IS IT THE COMPANY'S POLICY TO SELL FAULTY MOBILES TO CUSTOMERS & TAKE THEM FOR A RIDE?
