Rented AC not working

Hi,

I have taken AC on rent at 6th April from Bansal Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Works, Sec-63, Noida. They given me this AC for duarion of 6 months (06-04 to 01-11-11). They issued me a bill (Bill No : 156) according to bill terms and conditions they will provide maintenance within 2 days. But now this AC is not working properly from last 15 days. I already notified them for the same on 20th April. Now he is not willing to provide any maintenance of this AC.

AC Details: Hitachi 1.0 Ton.
