I have placed order for WESPRO DV538 8MP digital video camcorder Q5000 smart QWERTY dual sim mobile phone by seeing daily VIJAYA KARNATAK NEWS PAPER DATED 8TH APRIL vide My order No.1602559 dated 08/04

The same was shipped & delivered on 12/04 @6 pm. I took delivery by paying cash Rs4268

To my surprise I found a basic model of vodaphone handset insted of the said Q5000 smart QWERTY dual sim mobile phone I contacted the customer care no09223516148 & they gave the vendor phone Number & I could not contact the vendor. Please advice me how can I get the said handset
