I have purchased one product sony ericsson vh110, bluetooth headset vide invoice no # gzsn037, date:23-mar-11 from snapdeal.Com, and the deal was signed with you. But the product is been used 1 or 2 times, and from last month it is not getting on, while I charged fully but it is not operating at all. I really dissatisfied with the product and the service, also I visited to the authorised service center of sony ericssson at kolkata but they denied to give the service as it was not given with the mobile handset. Now, the product has become useless and also rs 1195/ .On confirmation on gizmo e bazaar (bazaar 24×7.Com), as they told they will give refund if I send the product to them, but I have already send the product almost 1 month back and I am following up for the payment and they are not responding even they have very bad behaviour. Please help me to get my money back...

THEY ARE NOT ANSWERING MY CALL AND THE BEHAVIOUR OF THE MANAGER IS VERY BAD
