Sub: Service has been blocked from 23.02.2010

With great concern, I’m here to bring to your kind notice that, I’ve bought a SIM Card bearing No.: 99876 31741 on 7th February’ 2010 (Sunday) from your one of your outlets in Shiva Shankar plaza, Sector 16 Airoli (Navi Mumbai).

I’ve submitted the documents whatever demanded. After four days I got the message that “documents are due for submission”.

Again I went deliberately to the stores and enquired with Mr. Pradeep Rewat (From whom the SIM was purchased). He said don’t worry Sir, as we have submitted the documents disconnection will not be happen. I told him specifically if at all it gets stopped then I’ll be in trouble. He said again nothing to worry about this.

What had happen now??? Ultimately, service has been blocked from 23.02.2010 which is Ridiculous.

You are just troubling the Customers making to run from Pole to Pillar. Which is clear replica of Irresponsibility of the executives / horrible customer care / No business ethics?

You are requested to do the needful at the earliest to restore the faith & integrity
