Dear Sir,
I had placed an online order on 3rd September for a Mini Touch Mobile - 2 NOS. with BIGADDA ONLINE SHOPPING, On the same day, I received mail that the order has been registered. ORDER NO. 200004556. Dt. 3-09, Product - Mini Touch Mobile Qty. 2 No’s, 2500x2 Rs. 5000/- Delivery Charges 224 x2 Rs.448/- Total Amount Rs.5448/- on COD Basis. On 5th Sep I had received mail from them that the
order has been approved. On 14th Sep Aramex Courier Representative (Mr. M. PUNITHAN) asked Rs.5448/- as it is COD (DOCKET NO.6257644956). After I paid the said amount, he delivered
the box to me. In his presence, I opened the box. But to my surprise, I found only 1 No. of Mini Touch Mobile instead of 2 NOS. The courier person also seen that there was 1 number of Mobile.
Also I had informed at once to Mr. Sharad (Bigadda Customer Rep.) at 11.30 A.M. Also the mobile which I received was defective one, as the battery was dead. The On / off button is very loose and
shaking. I had informed about the same through mobile and also mailed to them regarding the above. But I had not received any positive reply from them instead i received a mail from them on 20th
Sept stating that your product has been delivered on 5th Sep2011. This is after several mails and phone calls to them. I want them to deliver the product immediately and replace the other defective
phone with a SUPERIOR ONE. MICROMAX X600 OR REFUND THE AMOUNT AT THE EARLIEST
