We visIted BIG BAZAR, EZONE in Indrapuram Ghaziabad. The salesman offered us a competitive price for 2 split LG ACs (3star). He even wrote the prices for us on a piece of paper.
The same day we placed the order on the basis of the rates quoted. We were then told that the rate quoted was for 2star and not 3 star and therefore the rates would be higher. Since it was too late to go to another dealer, we decided to place the order and paid for them through bank transfer and were assured delivery the same day.
After 2 days we were informed by someone from BIG BAZAR that they do not have stock of the LG ACs and we would have to wait. How could they take an order if they did not have the ACs.
Three days have passed and we have not heard from BIG BAZAR (EZONE, Future Group/Home Solutions).
We have made hundreds of calls to their offices in Ghaziabad and Mumbai. We even spoke to the All India Head in Mumbai and requested him to take up the matter. He did not even bother and in fact has stopped taking our calls.
Dear customers, I do not want you to suffer and waste your time and money. So please do not make the mistake of EVER shopping at EZONE at BIG BAZAR, ADITYA MALL, GHAZIABAD.
