Iam past two years customer of BIGTV. They are good Marketing persons but not service oriented people. My BIG TV connection was not working stating " Signal Lost in Transit due to Rain/ Fore cast". When I complaint to the company the Call center personnel stated they will send the service executive within 48hours but they will charge Rs.175/- for that. Even though it is there service problem there reason is as it is one year over and as the guarantee period is over they will charge for the service charge. Even after a long conversation I have agreed to solve the problem. The Call center executive told the problem will be get solved in 48hours and the service engineer will come to us after calling me. The complaint has been registered by them on 01/02/10 and the request no is 118785288. Till today no one from the company has called us. They are deducting every day the charges for viewing the channel (even though nothing comes for viewing). But the issue is not sorted out. As a consumer, if the payment is not paid the company will not telecast the programmes. But if the same is done by the company there is no answer.
I request the forum to take this issue and take this problem to the court of law since I am having the only hope on them.
