Dear Sir/Madam

we have purchased 2 Birla Classic Food

Processors through Star CJ Alive. More than one month & a half have

passed but inspite of our 2 requests to/through Star CJ, none has come to

us for the Demo of the machines. For that reason we are not able to make

use of the same.

You are requested to send your

representative for the same immediately. Also please update/extend your

warranty period from the date of

Demo.
