Complaints Towards Attitude and Commitment

I have place an order of Split A/C (KORYO) and paid full payment (in Cash) in advance vide bill No. Tr. 11716 dated 01/04 time 17.05 Hrs. As per salesgirl name Kanchan commitment they will delivered the split A/C after 02 days. yet i have not received the same and i enquire the same with Biz Bazzar staff today now they are giving statement they don't have same in stock, It will take more than one week for that. So i would like to tell you/Complaint that if they don't stock why they take full money in as advance from me.
