Dear Sir,

I am holding one Blackberry Handset of Model 7230, In which I am not able to get the missed calls and ring volume is very slow. Software Verson is v4.0.0.188 on platform 1.6.1.49. Kindly suggest me to overcome the above mentioned problem.
