I bought a blackberry kickstart 8220 on 1 dec from Vishal Elektrocrafts, Kolkata. The machine went dead in june and was given back to them for repair. they sent it to redington service centre. i was told the machine was sent to bangalore for repair. i was given the phone back after a month on 23 july with a new ieino no. since then it automatically switches off and revives after a while on its own accord. Vishal Elektrocrafts says they can do nothing about it any more. Does this mean i have been duped by blackberry and have to run between pillar and post to get it repaired?
