Bought a Blackberry 8320 Phone in the month of Ocober (23/10). Till February - the phone was working properly. Suddenly it showed a Jam Error 517 in March. Got it repared from the authorised service centre of Blackberry at Okhla (Phase II) by spending entire day at the service centre. After one week - the phone again showed the same problem. Again went back to the same service centre in April. It took 7 days to rectify the problem and got back the phone. Again for one week the phone was OK - then started the same problem. the service provider is unable to rectify the problem.
I spent about Rs. 15, 000/- and spent many more hrs of inconvenience as time cost. I want the phone to be replaced immediately by Blackberry.
