Block IMEI Number and Kindly trace my lost mobile BlackBerry 8520 Curve

I would like to make a complaint regarding my lost mobile phone.

I lost my mobile phone while travelling in Rickshaw in Chembur Mumbai on 2nd January. I tried calling the mobile number and it rang for around half an hour but no one answered. Then when I tried to call the mobile had been switched off. Please find the details of the mobile phone below.
