Dear Mr. Aravind,

Good Afternoon.

I have a prolem which may look small for you but is causing lot of heart burn to me and my family.

I purchased a whirlpool Micrewave oven on 15-12, from E-Zone Hyderabad (A division of Home Solutions (India) Ltd, ) located in City Center Mall, Banjara hills Hyderabad.

The technician who came to install informed us that the piece is defective and promised to get it replaced and left.

From that date till now nothing happened. E-Zone guys tell me that the Whirlpool customer care will take care of the replacement and put us in touch with a guy named Rajasekhar (9491701304), who promised to enquire and revert back and doesn't lift the phone anymore.

E Zone acts as if they have washed off their hands.

Please let me know what's the recourse left to me other than running to a court which as a middle class man I can ill afford.

I hope you will appreciate that 17days is a patient enough wait. Please Help.

Sorry if i have bothered with my sob story but i didn't know what to do.
