Trackpad hanging issue a lot of times

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have purchased BlackBerry 8520 Curve from "THE MOBILE STORE". After one week, the trackpad of my BlackBerry device started hanging. It started hanging 4-5 times a week. It got freezed completely. I went to BlackBerry Service Center & they have updated the Software of my phone. But still the issue is same. The trackpad is still getting freezed.

Please advice.
