Blackberry 8520 Curve
Track Pad

I have purchased this blackberry 8530 curve phone in the month of November thinking this is the most reputed, reliable, technically sound n best and most apt after sales services as well. But the track pad of my handset is not functioning properly as it gets hanged after every small interval which is disturbing me in my daily routine work as well.

I will be highly grateful if something can be done about it asap and I expect a quick response from your end as well.
