I bought blackberry 8900 model from one of the reputed centre (Reliance digital in ambience mall Gurgaon) in sept. With in a month i faced battery problem and set returned to the relience digital same shop to repair. As per their review they forwarded this to the Okhla blackberry service centre. I rcvd this set after 10 days with the answer problem has been rectified.
But same problem persists after the repair, again returned the set as it was in warranty period and they again forwarded this to repair but faced again the same problem. Even i requested to replace the hand set but disagree.
After almost one year in Jan'11 forwarded this to some other blackberry service centre, now they have come back with, it has flux inside and non repairable.pls find the attached report.
Its my kind request to take action to the reliance digital ambious mall Gurgaon branch and pls replace my set.
