Blackberry 8900 curve
BB given for repair and no clue when it will be given back

I have given blackberry mobile handset to redington india for repair on 02nd July. Today when i confirmed they require another 10 days. This is ridiculous. I could not find any section on blackberry india site where we can lodge any complaint. The work order number generated by Redington India is 2770.

Though they claim that a spare phone will be provided but it has not been done till date.
