I ordered for BlackBerry 9520.Order no 2955559.They send 9550, but peace was defective. Screen was loose, battery backup was very poor, i.e only 4 hours. They even not send purchase bill and warrenty card. I contacted custemer care, but in vein. He denied to help.

Naaptol is not trustworthy company. We should not give online order with prepayment.
