Blackberry 9530
Not deliver after one month

Dear sir,

i sent my blackberry to mumbai through DTDC courier, they told me that it will be deliver after two days. But it takes more than one month and still it is not deliver. There is no status update and i call to DTDC to send it back to me. Everyday they are telling me that' you willbe getting on day after tmorrow'. Now i really dont know what to do with this.
