FAULTY CANON COPIER MACHINE MODEL NO. IR 1210

To whomsoever it may concern.

We have bought a Canon Copier Machine, Model No. IR 1210 dated 3rd October from Perfect Office System, in Mumbai India.

For the first year it worked fine but since then it is continuously giving us problem. Either the paper gets jammed or light copy comes out or lining comes on the copy etc. We have made many complains for the same to the Perfect Office System. They come and attend to the complaint either by service or replacing the part of machine.

But till today we are not satisfied with the product. It seems that it is a faulty machine since day one. Every few days the technician comes into the office – which we don’t encourage for reasons that are business etiquette.

Since last 20-25 days we are constantly calling Perfect Office System’s office and try to speak to Mr. Anil, who is the head, but neither is he coming on the telephone line nor is he calling us back.

Hence we strongly recommend you to replace this faulty machine with the new one.
