Blackberry
Not repaired

Dear sir,

I have purchase blackberry 9800 on 3rd sept from the date of purchasing, Hanging problem started after a month key pad started making problem and within 3 month it black body become white on 23 may i have given my phone for service and against the order no ABD/BB/12/00246

but now after 10 days they are saying that they found water in phone and they cant repair the same i fail to understand if my phone was working properly how they can say like this i have complain for key pad and colour and they are saying water.

please help me out and what should i do.
