Auto Shut of Hand set

To Whom It May Concern,

Hello and good day!

I have a Blackberry Bold 9780 I purchase that mobile from Saugat, Sugat Complex Mall Road Hisar Dated 10.8.2011 vide bill no S11 5982. But After purchasing the mobile I face the problem that it is auto off. I send the Hand Set black berry service Bala ji Service Communication DSB 198 GND FLR HOTEL PALIK COMPLEX RED SQUARE MARKET HISAR They said it is minor problem of software and they update the software

After the upgrading its working properly for sometime but it again shut down automatically they again upgrade the software these things repeatly 4 to 5 times

At last on dated 9.1.2012 I hand over the mobile to service center and they issue me service slip and after 15 days they inform me that they revoke my guarantee without giving me any reason and said I have to deposit 180/- to receive my phone back

Now the service center neither repairing the phone and nor giving me back.
