I had bought a blackberry 9900 -bold 4 about 4months back. it cost me rs 34000 to purchase the phone. there are so many faults with the phone and the company has not done anything about it. it is is warranty for the next 14months. but the whole procedure is so time consuming and tedious. my phone stopped working suddenly, and i lost all my data. they have taken 2-3 weeks and my phone still hasnt come back to me, it is ridiculous that you spend that amount of money only to realise that your phone will not work more than 4 months (without any damage done to it). please look into the matter and give me a solution to this.
