I bought a blackberry bold 9900 from universal on 2/09 (bill no: UKL218629)... from the first week itself the complaint started arising, n wen incoming calls com the phone become hang... after suffering a lot i gave fr servicing to redington india limited... they said it was software complaint and they uploaded the software... again the problem continued and it became a headache fr me... i don receive any incoming calls and outgoing calls... n people started firing me... again i gave the phone to redington limited fr servicing... den they said it was the complaint of thee card... and took the phone away fr 2 weeks... then they gave phone back to me... from the next day the problem arised again... and i again gave the phone back to redington, india... (case id: bb0310521, work order no: coc/BB/11/01497) from that day i tried to contact redington through email dated 3rd february till the date they havent replied... i don want any more repaired phone and i want a new phone as it have 18 months warranty... the only problem i did was bought phone from a branded office n now iam suffering fr it... i trusted the brand but now it is head ache for me... i bought the phone fr Rs 29100/- the phone cost this much but i cant use this properly...]
