Uable to activate Blackberry Services

I have been using BlackBerry For a month now and recently (3 days back) my BlackberrySrvices wee deactivated. It is because the 299 plan i had registered for is over and needs reactivation. I tried to reactivate it by following the procedure given to me by 121. After sending the last message-i.e. PMP I get a reply from 121 saying this-

Sorry this service is only available on blackberry compatible handsets.

Please solve this problem As Soon as u can..I need the balckberry services!
