Blackberry
NOT RETURNING MY MOBILE AFTER REPAIRING

I have submitted my Blackberry 9000 for repairing of its trackball.

They promised that I will get the mobile within MAX. 7 days but now its been almost a month that they are not ready to return my Mobile.

Now today again they are saying that it will take more 10 - 12 days.

Pls help me in this regard or else I should be given a New Mobile in form of replacement..
