I had purchased a blackberry curve handset, Model No: 8620, IMIE No:
351969047933735
That aforesaid handset developed problems in audio. I was unable to hear
anything on the speakers.
I had given the same for repairing to one of Blackberry's authorized
service centers in Mumbai, India by the name of Neutron Technology.
The exact address of the service center is as follows:

I was told that my handset would be repaired within 8-10 days. Now it has
been almost 20 days and I have not received my hand set.
I have tried several times to contact the service center. They never
receive the phone calls. I even tried visiting there after office hours
just to find that the shop is closed by 6.00 pm!!
The phone numbers given in the work order receipt is also incorrect. I am
unable to understand the reason for selecting such an inefficient
organization for providing authorized service on behalf of Black Berry.
The worst part is that there is no link on Black Berry's website where one
can lodge a customer complaint. There is one link where feedback on the website can be sent. When I tried to send the feedback there, it bounced back!!
