i have purchased 1 blackberry phone form you with the reference booking id / code : 1008276068, my order no 234305, the material dispatched on 28/7 by first flight the amt paid 5298
the said mobile is not at all working . the incoming calls and outgoing calls are not working, even battery charging is failure and the cursor is completely broke.
so need the help on immediately basis. i have purchase several things from you . but this time...
