Wrong numbers given on receipt

I had given my bb phone at khar on 23 rd and waas told to contact them and come to collect the phone. However the number given by them is wrong and the numbers registered with just dial as well,

This is a total cheat.

How do i track the status of my phone nw., I stay t powai and now i have to take a off and go all the way to khar to chk the status., ...this is pathetic service
