Dear Redington,

I had worst experience with my 1st BB (Curve 3G 9300). The battery got damaged in only 7 months and when I visited the service centre at Kolkata (Redington Minto Park, Kolkata) on 5th December (at 11:00 am), the gate keeper was sitting on the chair of the engineer. He inspected my phone and gave me the mobile number of MR.DEV (9874658788) to buy the battery in cheaper price. There could be some other fault, may be the battery is still ok. The engineer didn't even bother to look at my phone. I have used Nokia/Samsung/SE/Motorola before; but trust me, they never treat their customers like this!

Presently the device is heating up so quickly and the battery standby is only 2 hours. Could you please suggest what should I do? This is my last BB for sure.
