Mobile not working

I have purchase blackberry curve mobile as on feb. I am facing one problem or other in this mobile which is operated by blackberry centre. Fourth time they replaced the mobile but after few it has again stopped working. Kindly take up this matter as its a complete harrasment as have to lost my data due this.
