Issue in handset

Hello

I have purchased my blackberry smartphone torch 9860 1 month ago but I am finding many issue in handset. Some issue are given below-

Ø Battery Backup.

Ø Voice is not clear to opposite party.

Ø Hang Issue 8-10 times in a day.

Ø Auto speaker on while call is on.

Ø Issue in landscape mode vice versa to potrait mode.

I am very dissatisfied with performance of the handset I hope you will revert me back asap with a proper solution.
